Airistech Warranty Policy
- Warranty Coverage
Airistech provides a limited warranty for all distributors and wholesale customers. The details of the warranty are as follows:
- Dry Herb Vaporizers: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Wax Vaporizers / CBD Batteries: 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Disposable Vapes: Since disposable vapes are single-use products, we do not accept returns or replacements. Please inquire before purchase to confirm whether the warranty is available or if you can test the product in person to ensure it is fully functional.
- Coils, parts, and accessories: Not covered under warranty.
This warranty policy is only applicable to genuine Airistech products purchased from authorized retailers or distributors. If you have purchased counterfeit products, please contact the original distributor for support and warranty services.
- Warranty Claim Procedure
For B2B (Distributors and Wholesalers):
If you are a distributor or wholesaler, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim:
- Contact the Store or Distributor:
Reach out to the store or distributor where you acquired the product to initiate a repair or replacement process.
For B2C (Consumers):
If you are an individual customer, please follow the steps below based on where you purchased the product:
If Purchased from Official Airistech Store:
Contact our customer service team at service@airistech.com for assistance with your warranty claim.
If Purchased from Other Stores:
Reach out to the store where you acquired the product to initiate the warranty process.
Provide the Required Information:
To process your warranty claim, please ensure you provide the following details:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)
- Product name and quantity
- Serial number and security code (please include a photo of the serial number and security code)
- A clear description of the defect or issue
- A video or photos clearly showing the defect (if applicable)
4.Evaluation and Resolution:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, Airistech will evaluate the provided information. If the claim is deemed valid, we will either repair or replace the product as per our warranty terms. In some cases, the customer may be asked to return the defective product at their own cost (unless otherwise stated by Airistech).
5.Repair or Replacement Process:
If the product is covered under warranty, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement. In some cases, the customer may be asked to return the defective product at their own cost, unless otherwise specified.
- Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents (such as drops or exposure to water).
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized channels.
- Airistech reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for a replacement or repair under warranty.
- Warranty Limitations
- The warranty does not extend to products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties.
- Shipping charges for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- For repairs or replacements under warranty, you may be required to return the product at your own cost, unless otherwise stated by Airistech.
- Non-Warranty Claims
- If a product is found to be out of warranty, we will provide an estimate for repair or replacement.
- Airistech reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
